Fwd: CRM: Additional functionality

I find a certain lack of functionality in the current CRM implementation (V8). -I hope this is more a matter of lack of information than a real less than great  functionality.

I wonder if someone has found or developed something to bridge these gaps.
I am referring to:
1.- The Chatter allows you to send a mail to all the followers plus other correspondents you may choose. But you can not remove a particular follower on the fly, from the email TO: list. (Yes, you can delete from the Followers list and add it again later but that is particularly prone to error)
2.- When you log an internal note no one learns about it unless they access the chatter.  So, what can be done about letting the other internal followers know of any comment you have posted?

3.- Once a partner has made a comment via the web regarding a document (let's say, asked a question regarding a RFQ) a notice appears next to the corresponding group in the left hand panel. Great. But if I have 8 comments and 100 documents, it can be quite a pain trying to find which are the ones that need our attention.
