1) IMHO, writting yourself an open-source licence is awlays a bit weird...

2) There is no ambiguity in LGPL.

3) AGPL is a bit ambiguous, but if you agree to share source code with any user it is not an issue. 

4) Any code using or extending AGPL (inheritance in Odoo) must be AGPL. This is where I think we need a definition effort.Because Odoo is a software container one could argue that the framework is using the module, but practically we all know that we are using the framework. 

5) What I mean is that we can close this debate with a little bit of good will from Odoo sa and OCA. 

6) Antony proposed to add a feature creating a zip of all the source code - I think it is dangerous, but proposing link to repositories and authors of the used software and licences would be nice cheap improvement.

As I am working on a 6.1 project and think I am stuck with 8.0 for the next decade, I feel zen about all this...
