Hello Nuria,

Thank you for your reply, this is a tricky part of invoicing process in
Bolivia..
I'm not an accountant and I really don't know what could be the fiscal
position =/
But this is a tax to be charged in all all sales, but it will not be
recorded in the sales journal (I know, it's tricky..... and it become
trickiest..)

(You can skip the next point to avoid confusion)
The IT tax will not be charged to the customer, but will be available in
a "collection" account ("IT por pagar") to balance with the sum of
"Fiscal Credit" account for the period.

So, as a fast example with the attached image in the first email, the
customer will be charged with only $7200. The IT will only be recorded
as a reminder of available fiscal credit which will be used later.

Here is the reference (you can search for "Ejemplo 1" to see how the
transaction should be recorded):
http://boliviaimpuestos.com/aplicacion-de-la-norma-contable-6-asientos/
(sorry I know it's in spanish)

I really don't know if a tax like that is applied at other countries,
but if there is something which I could use as a base for development I
would be very grateful..

Best regards
--
Alejandro
