Why not rather mentionning somewhere people you would recommand because
you had a positive experience with them ?

I'm often asked for recommandations and I maintain a list of trustful
service providers on my web site. All these people have demostrated
their capability in some domain, I got a good outcome, ou my customer
did, and when asked, I can prioritize my recommandations depending on
the nature of the request vs the proven record I know.

For sure I wouldn't list people I don't want to work with, and even
flame them towards anybody.
