New features yes - features that are meaningless for serious customers
because they are not interested to invest and depend on features not
GPL. We are all (except OpenERP SA) agreed to the licensefunding model
is deadand should be buried six foot and forgotten.

A better way to finance new selling features is croudfunding and
customers that pays upfront. Licens funding is a fundamentally bad idea,
mixing license funding with free software are a many times worse idea.

Listen to your own arguments, yes you are destroying fundaments of
cooperative development. We have customers that are investing millions
in Odoo, they have choosen Odoo beacuse its better for them to invest in
GPL-software than SAP, fortnox, Agresso or other none GPL-software.
Swedish Government for instance. They are willing to protect their
investment buying services that makes their operation run more smoothly
but not to throw away their money to a black hole (as they look at
program licenses). ESV (Swedish Financial Control Administration) is
heavily criticized for their investment in Agresso as other government
agencies are forced to buy a second time through program licenses.
Legislation is about to eliminate the ability of government agencies to
invest in a license-funded software at all in Sweden - the same noises
found in other EU countries, what we can understand.
