OK Martin, so a possible solution would be modifying invitation email templates for the followers, clarifying that they belong to a "group" and all of their answers will be visible. Also, a "private" email address would be suggested, too.

When I reply to this mailing list, I send my email to
community@mail.odoo.com, still, I let system sends an email in my name
to all the subscribers of the mailing list.
When I reply to a github email notification, it will post a message in
my name to every follower of an issue.
I don't think it's an issue, a lot of softwares do the same.

However we don't send email "in the name of someone who didn't authorize
it" as you sent the email to catchall in the first place.
Keep in mind that email is not a very secure technology and easily
forgeable (but that's another issue...)
