Re: Cancel done delivery orderby
Actually, the specific example I provided from client was about a Purchase order, not a sales order. But still, to be clear they can have the delivery order in the done state and want to reverse it. I think we all talked this one to death. On a side note, and somewhat related, why is it necessary to copy a sales order instead of setting it back to draft? That may not be the best solution for external software integrations.

I still believe you should be able to set to draft of reverse a transaction…this is a normal function in any fulfillment system. Can we please re-evaluate this requestThat's the point. It is not DONE, and you must version your sale order. It means 3 click process.1.- Click on picking buttons on sale order (as it is not delivered you can cancel them), click on cancel.2.- Click on breadcrumb to go back.3.- Click on cancel on SO.1 - 2 and 3 are availbles on actual cancel button on sale order BTW if no lines confirmed on picking)4.- Write a log message.5.- Duplicate (2 more clicks)...... Edit.It tooks to me 1 minute! without any development.
