I've just read the git codes. Excelent mobile app, targeting for android specific version, and supporting for V7

Yes, take the training from the creator directlly is the best. Play with NATIVE android will force you to know basic java & android template coding. At the git I see, it's self explanatory if you already familiar android & java coding structures.

I've used native android for EAM, asset managent for inspecting all instrumentations both onshore & offshore on overall wells, tanker, plants of oil processing, pipings n others for oil & gas industry. End users are happy because small & practice.

Based on my experiences, if you plan more capability for google app-store, microsoft market place and apple store, 2 big issues will be appear:

1. Device compability. Best solution just using mobile framework, for pythonic I usualy use rhomobile some years ago. Now a become popular such phonegap & apache cordova is a very good option.

2. Odoo versions. I handle it with create a custom code on web server side for conversion odoo rpc to a format known by mobile framework we are using. Ex. odoo:8069/m/accountingxxxxx. I dont remember the mechanism for url invocations, perhap like this, V8 place on controler for url dispatcher or by create a new web module. V7 close similar to V8 and V6.1 different but having some concept.
