Re: Biometric terminals integrated with Odooby
It's been a while since this topic was discussed. I've been hammering away on it and the project is nearly complete. Had some serious setbacks 3D printing, getting the fingerprint sensor to work reliably and molding a case. It's all been resolved is working great and has a nice shiny laser cut black acrylic case that is 8" x 5" x 2" with a 7" high resolution touchscreen.
The GUI is nearly complete and successfully enrolls users and scans them in and out. We're adding more admin functions today to remove users.
I'm targeting about $400 each, maybe less if more people order them. Anything else I should think about adding to it?

Chris plans to develop a ready to sell product and is pretty far with that I think, but since some weeks this seems to be stuck with finishing som part of the code
This has been discussed on this list for a while but fell silent since some weeks
It would be great to make progress with this. maybe your post helps to wake everybody up again

I am trying to integrate biometric identification terminals (fingerprints,RFID access control) with Odoo(HHRR module). Could you suggest any product, or warnings about this project.
Is there any module related?
Thanks from now
