Re: New bank Statement for v9.0

Frederic,

I checked again on master and it worked fine. Test flow:
- Invoice to China Export, 180€
- Register payment on invoice, 35€

Then, go on bank statement, 35€ from China Export, and I got this in
attachment. It correctly proposes me to reconcile the 35€ with the
previously recorded payment. The line is in blue to indicate that it's
an existing payment and the tooltip is clear about it.

Check that:
  - you tested master
  - you use the right bank journal (same than the payment)
