I think you have to install stock_no_auto_picking. Then on product configuration, in Inventory tab maybe, you have to unchecked the auto picking box. By this way every time you confirm a MO, its status will Waiting for Material, and you will have an Internal Move ready for transfer. Once you execute the Internal Move, the status of MO will Ready for Production.
