Hi Emad,

I don't know if this will be helpful, but I tend to think of a Return as a Stock Move.

If I have a money transaction to do then I use the facilities to Refund from the Invoice itself, which can be applied to the whole Sales Order, or part of it.

And then the actual coming in of the goods as a Stock Move.

However, in previous threads CamptoCamp announced that they will be working on an RMA module that might be just the thing you need, and they'd probably welcome any collaboration if you are interested.

Hi Experts ,


I have odoo ver 0.8 and my customer needs to return products to our warehouse and I haven't RMA module .


I can't found RMA module on my APP store so could you advice   [ if should be install RMA module  or is there other way to process the return cycle  ]


1.       Return product to customer .

2.       Depended on product returned will create refund invoice .
