When I deactive PRICELISTS option, once I create the quotation TL currency is appearing.

When I activate, I am able to see the reason, because TL price list is default.

However, I can't delete this price list;

and my company currency is EUR through settings;

So, what I did; 

I allowed multi currencies and checked again the price list; 

I updated the currencies on price lists as EUR

after, I checked again with a quotation, this time EUR came itself as default.

finally, I deactivated the price lists again, checked again with a quotation;

so, no price lists and it is eur. It is a bit strange way to do it, but I am glad to figure it out. Thanks for the price list advise.
