What happens when you attach EUR to the specific customer you want to sent a quotation to ??

I activated, deactivated, tried everything but once it started with turkish currency, it is not changing to eur on quotations for example. I guess, I should uninstall analythic acc. module but cant since it depends almost entire system and we have data on project, hr etc..
