Re: Record rules

Hi

Ideally I would like to block access by default to avoid mistakes. Now I have to remember to add the "unpriveleged" users to the group that have only access to the flagged invoices, instead of granting access for the selected few.

I tried making a new group instead of the accountant group, but then you have to override all the menus and declare a lot of access rules.

That's because the global rules have precedence over group rules, so
if you create a global rule to stop access nobody will be able to see
invoices.

That's the correct way to do it. Why don't you like it?
