Re: multi-company setup with a virtual 'mother-company'

by Michael Grosser <> - 12/18/2014 09:07:49
I am interested in this too. Hijacking this thread a bit: Is it
reasonable to use virtual companies to structure different devisions?
Or should that be done in another way?
Say mother company is the physical company, but each division such as
consulting, employees, music etc. would be their own virtual company
as to make separation easier. Is that even worth it?
Would it make splitting companies into separate physical companies
later on easier? What is the best way to make it easier to move to a
one company per division setup, if wanted?

Thanks for any pointers. I am still digging through ideas so forgive
my unclear questions.
