Must not be that hard.

Product prices are VAT excl. Products are categorized. On the category you give the possible VAT codes.

For each shop / webshop you define, prices will be shown incl. or excl. as chosen for this shop and you make a list of the article categories used in the shop with the VAT code to use for this articles in this shop. Administer this is not that hard ( Vat changes need only be done on categories ), it’s flexible and it’s logical easy.

Best regards,

I agree it's complex to mix prices with vat included and excluded. (E.g. eCommerce & SO). But we had an internal discussion a few weeks ago, and we din't find a way to improve that. Putting the vat included\excluded on the product + sale order + invoice is even more complex and does not fit with most real use cases.

An other option is to create a second price on product forms, for ecommerce and pos.

Anyone has a better idea?
