Hello Community,

I have a customer who wants to change from an other system to odoo. I created a label for his label printer, so far all goes well. But for some reason, when the printer prints the odoo-barcode is printed in bad quality.

With this link you can see the difference between the old label (bottom) from their previous software and the new-odoo label (top). It is printed with the same printer, same moment, so that can't be the problem.

When I zoom in on the pdf document I can see a grey lining on the side of the bars. I think this is what causes the barcode to print badly.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this? Is there a way to switch between barcode types or python-barcode libraries?

Thanks for the help.

Hi Dries and Teubel,

please post the xml code from your report which is responsible for the barcode. Otherwise I ask me how someone should help you without a Magic crystal ball? :)
