- When connecting with an email using an incoming email server, can we filter the mails such that only the replies to the sent mail from Odoo will be captured and not all the mails received to that mailbox will be converted as leads?

- Can we add two websites of different domains and have one user access both?

Go to Settings ‣ Discuss ‣ Incoming Mail Servers.

Configure the Incoming Mail Server and set Filters:

  • Use "Reply-To" Header Matching to capture only responses to emails sent from Odoo.
  • Use Custom Email Aliases (e.g., leads@yourcompany.com) to route emails properly.
  • In the Lead/Opportunity Settings, set emails to be converted only if linked to an existing record.
