I am using odoo 10 community edition. I want to restrict same serial number on different delivery order .

For eg. if i have a product with serial number 1 to 10 . If i confirm a sale with serial number 5 and validate it then i want that serial number not to display again in next delivery order or if displayed and again if we use that same serial number and validate it, it should show some restriction like "You have already sale this serial number" or other

In current context same serial number can be used in different delivery but i want restriction on it .But how?? Somebody please assist.
