created lead with two followers(two user with Handle in Odoo and Handle by Emails).While sending message ,user with Handle in Odoo chat is shown in inbox and mail is send for the other one.But while reply for this mail ,it is not shown up in inbox of the user with Handle in Odoo (V12.0)

I have the same issue when customers reply on specific sale orders or invoices we are not got notify..
Same here ... This seems to be basic functionality !
