Does odoo have Exit settlement formalities if an employee resigns his/her job ?
Exit settlement (Full and Final Settlement) - For e.g Our
notice period is 90 days. From the date of notice,
- Payroll should not be allowed to process by HR
- Deductions like Loan, Short service period, others etc.. should be calculated
- LTA & Gratuity settlement as per their Grade/designation
- Final Settlement amount through cheque
