Reply : In the Odoo standard you need to perform each operation like "Confirming the Quotation", "Creating and Validating the Delivery", "Creating and Validating Invoice" and "Register payment" separately in order to complete a Sale.

But there is a custom module One Click Sale/Purchase which allows you to confirm a Sale order with a single click from it's quotation to its invoice. It will help you to Confirm Sale Order, Purchase Order, Picking, Shipment, Invoice, Delivery, Refund, and Invoices in a single shot.

Yes but there are limitations to it and it makes sense too. We can select sale orders and clicking on action button ( the one with the gear icon ) on top , we get a few options such as export, delete, accrued revenue entry, Create invoices, send an sms text message, mark as quotation and sent a cart recovery email. These are the options that we can do by Selecting multiple sale orders. For other options we have to do one by one. Thanks
