I am configuring our gmail (not Gsuit account, just basic personal account) with CRM. I've already setup incoming server and outgoing server as gmail. Sending message from ODOO and receive email on CRM work fine. But the reply messages are unable to distribute to respective chatter. Basically, I have two gmail address, one is for sender email, another one is reply-to email. I have already set the gmail alias domain's catchall email as my reply-to email. Noted that I need to setup the forwarding email (from reply-to email to reply-to@mydomain.odoo.com) on Google, but google gmail need me to verify the email for setup fowarding. So How to address this?
