Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding product label printing in Odoo.

I have a large number of products in my database, each with its own barcode, and each product exists in stock with multiple quantities across various locations.

I would like to know if there is a native feature in Odoo that allows you to print all product labels at once, ideally based on the actual quantity in stock (e.g., 15 units in stock = 15 labels).

So far, I haven’t found a clear option in the Inventory module or in the product print actions.

Does anyone know if this is possible directly in Odoo, or if there is an existing feature that can handle this scenario?

Hello,
Odoo doesn't provide this type of configuration by default. You will either need to enter the label print quantity manually, or use a third-party app (if one is available).

Print Labels by Stock Quantity in Odoo:
Native Odoo doesn't print labels based on quantity (1 label per product only).  To fix: export stock.quant data to CSV, duplicate rows by quantity in Excel, then import to external label software (Bartender/Zebra).

For 10K+ labels: Never print all at once—Odoo will timeout. Process in batches of 500-1000 labels, or use a scheduled action for chunk generation.

Fastest approach: Export → Multiply rows → External print software in batches.
