This question is closely related to a question I can't link to but it did not receive a satisfying answer (or at least not one I could understand) and is from 9 years ago.

I was wondering how to let Odoo generate invoices with my VAT number on it. It does so correctly for my customers but not for my own company. Am I missing a setting?

Hi Sam,

You can configure the document layout from Settings > General Settings > Companies > Configure Document Layout
