Hi All,

I meet a problem when I was trying to setup CRM system.I have requirement of sending email to our internal team(team leader and manager)in sales order for renewal.

Eg:If customers are taken any products from the perticular company and as soon as the expiration date comes before 1 month we need to send the email for renewal(email) notification for perticular sale team leader and manager.

So how can i achieve in odoo9.0?

KIndly anyone help me with this issue.
