I just install the Odoo 12v, website, recruitment process, crm, but I can't see the snipplet for the web form, it is already installed, but says update (no uninstall link), when I click it , send me to a purchase page. should I pay for this module?

Hi,

Website form builder is not available in the community edition in Odoo12. It is part of the enterprise edition till the Odoo v12. From Odoo13 it has moved to the community edition, see this: Odoo13 Website Form Builder Moved To Community Edition


If you need the form builder in odoo12, either you have to switch to enterprise version or you have to use the custom modules available in the Odoo store.

You can check this custom modules:

2. Website Form Builder
