 Sorry, Alex (id=2) doesn't have 'write' access to: - Resources, Aldrin Joseph (resource.resource: 118)

 Blame the following rules: - resource.resource multi-company 

Note: this might be a multi-company issue. Switching company may help - in Odoo, not in real life! 

If you really, really need access, perhaps you can win over your friendly administrator with a batch of freshly baked cookies.



How can i solve this issue. Can anyone help me on it.

Hi,

This is either happening because the user Aex doesn't have access to that specific record because of record rules restrictions or Alex doesn't have access to the company which the record belongs to.

To solve this issue, first you need to check the company of Alex and see he has access to the company of the record.Secondly, check the record rule from Settings -> Technical -> Security -> Record Rules and search for 'resource.resource multi-company' and see if the rule restricts the user by groups. If it does add Alex to the necessary group.

I have tried in both ways. But no use. There wasn't any change after all.
