Joachim David is a Technical Developer at Dynapps. He pursued his education in Electronics as an Industrial Engineer and later in Electrotechnical Engineering-ICT as a Civil Engineer. After completing his education, he realized his passion for programming, eventually becoming a Python developer. He began his career at the University of Ghent and later transitioned to Dynapps after a brief stint at Roov. During his significant six months at Dynapps, he contributed to two major projects: "Horafrost" and "Outofthebox." In the process, he took his initial steps into JavaScript development and enhanced his utilization of Python within the Odoo system.

About the Keynote
In pursuit of enhancing their production and transportation processes, a well-established European frozen vegetable producer embarked on a mission to find innovative solutions. To achieve this goal, they elected to migrate their current Odoo installation (v12) to the latest version (v16) in collaboration with Dynapps.
This Odoo project encompassed the customization of documents, code, and modules to meet their unique requirements. It introduced a dynamic pricing system that empowers customers to select product prices based on weight. Additionally, the company's products were seamlessly integrated to derive precise product codes and weight data from diverse components.
Dynapps introduced two specialized modules to further optimize operations. The Palletization module facilitated the transformation of non-palletized orders into complete pallets and mixed product sets (rainbows), streamlining distribution. The transport module allowed for the seamless connection of stock pickings through sales orders, providing a user-friendly experience when booking sales orders for container shipments or employing truck transport on the road.
The collaborative effort between the company and Dynapps in this challenging Odoo project resulted in a significant boost in efficiency and innovation, marking a transformative milestone in the frozen vegetable industry.
