Holding a Master's Degree in International Management, Michaël joined Odoo in March 2014 as a Functional Consultant. From this date to mid-2015, he managed the implementation of Odoo SaaS in about 30 SMEs from various industries. As of mid-2015, he was staffed on large account projects and increased his responsibilities to take care of project management-related topics. Over the last two years, he has been coordinating the development of the expertise team within the business services department. He fosters Odoo specialists' growth and seeks to relentlessly spread cutting-edge knowledge throughout the community. Michaël has a keen interest in operations-related modules: Purchase, Warehouse & MRP.
Gregory joined Odoo more than 10 years ago in the Business Service Department, where he started with the implementation of projects for SMEs in various industries and countries. After a focus of 2 years on SMEs, he switched to larger accounts where he managed several projects. He is now managing the delivery activities for Large Projects and the project director's team.
Writing good specifications goes way further than communicating to a developer on how Odoo standard should be adapted to fit with customers' needs. That is especially true applying the Odoo Implementation Methodology ! It is a good tool to check if the solution you imagined
-
makes sense for you and your peers
- respects the principle of simplicity
- is as standard as possible
- is truly understood and validated
- doesn't imply side effects (e.g. in terms of performances)
