Hello everyone! My name is Charline, and I have been working as a Business Analyst at
Odoo (Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium) for more than a year. During my
day-to-day, I am in direct contact with various clients to help them with
the excellent use of Odoo Software: I analyze their needs, deliver personal
training sessions and try to deliver them the best management solution.
“The desire for companies to maintain human relationships through
meetings and events is growing again, whether through face-to-face
meetings or digital/in-person meetings.”
We all know that the
events industry can be considered one of the hardest hit by the Covid-19
pandemic. Indeed, events have been canceled or postponed worldwide and
event organizers (maybe you) have adopted new delivery models, going all
digital or adopting hybrid digital and in-person solutions.
During
all these kinds of events, you can engage with clients, and provide
them with unique experiences related to your company. It’s also a great
way to establish yourself as a valued, trusted brand. This, in turn,
increases leads, boosts sales and gives your team the opportunity to
transform potential prospects into satisfied customers. Nevertheless,
all of this comes at a cost and must be well organized and managed.
Therefore,
in this talk, we are going to cover all these aspects and make sure
that you can totally manage your event efficiently thanks to this
amazing tool that we call Odoo Events Application.
Let's get started and see how to use it through concrete use cases (and some theoretical concepts of course ;-))
