Damien joined S.R.I.W. 7 years ago leading the finance department. Graduated as engineer with additional MBA education, Damien has various experience in private and public sectors through various management positions.
Damien is also member of the Odoo board.
Michael has been leading the financial and administrative side of the SFPI for more than 3 years. Before that, Michael worked as a Director at the SRIW, Sowalfin, and the SNCB (Belgian railway). Throughout his career, Michael developed strong skills in Finance, Public Affairs and overall C+ Management of public and private companies.
SRIW is a Investment company acting in Wallonia in order to support the growth of local companies. It is a public company, but having the profile of a Corporate company.
The Federal Holding and Investment Company (SFPI-FPIM) centrally manages the federal government’s shareholdings, cooperates with the government on specific projects and pursues its own investment policy in the interests of the Belgian economy.
SRIW had a need for a specific tool in order to manage their business which was out-of-Odoo-Standard.
After internal discussion, it appears that SFPI had similar requirements. Thanks to a network, we could facilitate the discussions between our 2 customers and they could find a common pillar around which they could integrate their own specific needs.
So, ather this round of alignement, we decided to develop a customized tool for both of them. This development was done following the logic of existing standard Odoo models.
This talk will illustrate the collaboration between our 2 happy customers : challenge their initial need, how they could share the resources, split their costs, ...
