Today, Ajmal Perfumes is one of the world's most prominent oil-based perfume manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. Ajmal Perfumes wanted to transform how they worked, so they hired Brainvire to power the software ecosystem by designing an interactive system using Odoo ERP, allowing businesses to scale more in sales and marketing.

Challenges and solutions:
- Odoo POS was implemented across all stores worldwide to give a smooth experience for in-store customers and an omnichannel experience to online and offline shoppers through loyalty programs and discounts.
- Orion ERP and MRP software support Ajmal perfumes' manufacturing, accounting, procurement, and sales needs. It performed well but couldn't sustain more than 500 people, so a new system was needed. Brainvire's powerful Odoo ERP and POS integration enabled their retail business's digital expansion.
- Ajmal Perfumes had a capillary CRM and loyalty program management system. They needed a customer relationship management (CRM) system that was adaptable, customizable, and easy to use; therefore, we implemented Odoo CRM.
- Ajmal Perfumes had a loyalty program called Ajmal 1; Brainvire modified the requirements of a loyalty program and integrated them into Odoo CRM and POS.

- Odoo POS enabled our client to focus on selling to end-users (B2C) while also expanding its B2B company and providing an omnichannel experience to its users.
- To achieve end-to-end sales operations and financial results control, we proposed merging the Odoo POS with ERP. Ajmal Perfumes agreed to do the same. It is still a work in progress for them.
- Odoo CRM implementation will help clients save customer data, purchases and transactions history - which can be further utilized to generate targeted and personalized marketing campaigns - and relevant product offerings, retain more customers, and build their audience. It will also help execute social media marketing and discount programs that can be tracked using analytics.
- Odoo POS has a loyalty program. We made point redemption more versatile so customers may do it across goods, invoices, and customers. We enhanced discounts. Odoo's scheme lets you combine different discounts.
- Customers should be engaged by delivering a consistent experience across marketplaces, physical locations, and the internet. Brainvire developed Magento-Odoo integration to meet their business requirements and ensure seamless operations.
