Implementing Odoo in a large company is not impossible.
Join us to find out how we did it for AH Industries, manufacturer of wind turbines.
Our implementation of Odoo 12 went live in the first location after a considerably short project period of 3,5 months, in June 2019, and by mid-2020 it will be implemented in all locations. We will explore the whole process of an Odoo implementation from "Proof of Concept" to "Go-Live" in a large SME within a multinational, multi-company, multi-currency and multi-language environment. We will present the implementation concept and project execution as well as learnings and takeaways.
What we will discuss:
1. Introduction Company & Environment
2. Proof of Concept & Project Planning
3. Execution with an agile approach
4. Strong focus on Odoo standard
5. Learnings and takeaways
6. Next steps in the project
7. Budget and implementation cost
8. Business philosophy at OBS Solutions GmbH
9. Question & Answer
Guided by the business philosophy for implementing Odoo and with Odoo standard configurations and existing apps, we were safe in the knowledge that almost everything is possible with Odoo.
