Maxmed Healthcare Inc, Olu Oye

Our customer’s business model is based on winning healthcare contracts through

participation in tenders. To manage their tender application process, ongoing and completed

contracts, and keep track of employee and financial data, the customer utilized a variety of

disjunct solutions. As the business expanded, the solutions could not meet all the ERP

demands of Maxmed Healthcare, requiring more time and effort to upkeep and slowing

down business processes. Furthermore, as the solutions were unsynchronized with each

other, it was hard to ensure the information remained accurate and up-to-date.


The customer wanted to develop an umbrella CRM/ERP/HR solution, ensuring

efficient data management and synchronization. Initially they aimed to build the solution from scratch. However, during the presale stage, Itransition’s specialists analyzed Maxmed Healthcare workflows and concluded that Itransition could meet all the system demands within the confines of an Odoo suite, if to enrich it with customizations. Among other software vendors, Maxmed Healthcare select Itransition as they recognized our vast ERP

knowledge and expertise, accumulated within our ERP Center of Excellence. 


Itransition delivered an Odoo-based CRM/ERP/HR system that enables Maxmed Healthcare to conduct all their tender- and contract-related business processes in one place, significantly simplifying and accelerating operations. Itransition unified the recruitment and employee data in the Odoo solution, supplementing it with additional HR features. To ensure seamless adaptation to the new system, Itransition performed data migration and carefully transferred all the documents from legacy solutions to the Odoo solution.
