● Our contribution :
DTS was using QuickBooks for their accounting, but they faced challenges in managing opportunities, particularly since most of their sales were to businesses. They needed a solution to effectively handle the bidding process for tenders, which led to the implementation of the CRM module. Another key priority was managing inventory and deliveries due to their high volume of shipments. They also wanted to track specific products, such as computers, using serial numbers. Kunda Limited
Kunda, an artisanal ice cream company in Rwanda with two sales points, needed an efficient system to manage their stock and sales operations to ensure smooth functioning of their business. Araka implemented Odoo’s stock and sales management systems tailored to Kunda's needs. This setup aimed to streamline inventory tracking and sales processes. The implementation of these systems allowed Kunda to manage their stock levels accurately and process sales efficiently. The manager can now monitor real-time sales data from both points of sale (POS), leading to better resource management and operational efficiency. In the future, Araka plans to further enhance their operations by implementing production and accounting systems.Fabrication / Maintenance

● Our Contribution:
Odoo transformed Nyungwe Top View Hotel’s operations by replacing a fragmented Excel-based system with an integrated ERP solution, enhancing data consistency and efficiency. The implementation of Purchase, Inventory, Hotel Management, POS, Accounting, and Odoo Intuit Flow (EBM Connector) streamlined processes across departments. It optimized inventory tracking, automated purchase workflows, simplified room and guest management, and ensured seamless POS integration for the restaurant and gift shop. Additionally, automated financial operations, provided accurate real-time insights, significantly improving operational consistency and decision-making.

● About the Business:QUINCAILLERIE BETA is a multi branch hardware company in Rwanda that provides diversified electrical products, Plumbing, and Construction materials to customers in Rwanda and the East African Community at large.
● Our Contribution:
We successfully transitioned QUINCAILLERIE BETA from manual operations to a fully automated system, with a focus on optimizing stock management. By implementing Odoo and integrating five essential modules :CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting we enabled them to efficiently manage a stock of over 1,500 products. This streamlined their business processes and significantly improved overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the system has helped the company organize the team by assigning individual tasks and responsibilities, thereby facilitating the segregation of duties.
