Additionally, it covers inventory and sales management to optimize warehouse operations, purchase orders, stock valuation, and shipping costs, pricing strategies, and sales reporting, with the integration of POS. This end-to-end ERP transformation empowered the company to enhance decision-making, reduce costs, and scale its business with greater agility in the competitive hardware market.
