Starting from the Ground Up
Launching a franchise in Mongolia required more than just opening doors; it required building an entirely new operational ecosystem. The team overcame challenge upon challenge, from developing internal regulations, supply chain workflows, and quality control systems from the ground up —all while ensuring the brand’s "premium yet affordable" promise remained intact.
Any manual inventory management, mismatched communication between the front-of-house and the kitchen, and the lack of real-time data were the primary "bitter notes" the team needed to eliminate.
A Fully Localized Odoo Ecosystem
To support their ambitious plan to open seven new branches by the end of 2025, Mega Coffee partnered with Odoo’s local partner, CoreMind, to create a unified management system tailored for the Mongolian market.

Mega Coffee used Odoo to link all devices in the store. When a customer orders at the kiosk, the information flows instantly to the kitchen displays and speakers. The fully integrated system ensures that baristas and floor staff are always in sync, reducing wait times and human error.
3. 🎯Precision Inventory & Staff Management
Managing the journey of 100% Arabica beans from the central warehouse to the individual barista’s hand requires surgical precision. With Odoo’s Inventory and Purchase modules, Mega Coffee automated its stock notifications.
