Hello,

You have to create a virtual/transit location. Now you have to create two operation types one operation type for company A to transit location. Another one is transit location to company B. Same way you can manage company B to company A transfers.

Thanks,

In Odoo, you can configure a transit location for inter-company transfers by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Inventory module and click on the "Configuration" tab.

  2. Click on "Locations" and then create a new location. Give it a name like "Transit Location" and set the location type to "Internal Transfer".

  3. Go to the "Companies" tab and click on the company that will be sending the products.

  4. In the "Inventory" tab, set the "Inter-Company Transit Location" to the transit location you just created.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the company that will be receiving the products.

  6. When creating a sales order from one company to another, the transit location will be used as the source location for the products being transferred. When the receiving company confirms the receipt of the products, they will be moved to the destination location in the receiving company's inventory.

Note that for this to work, both companies must be at the same level in the company hierarchy and have the "Inter-Company Trade" option enabled in their settings. You can find more information about configuring inter-company trade in the Odoo documentation.
