What will be the rental cost of a product for 8 days if my rental pricing is set up like this: 1day=50$, 3days= 110$, 1week = 200$?

Hi,
As computation method does not allow to mix lines, it will cover the time period "using single line" from the cheapest way.
So it would be 3x 3days= 110$ = 330$.
Thanks
From my point of view
1 day = $50
3 days = $110
1 week = $200
Calculating the cheapest cost:
1 week (7 days) = $200
1 additional day = $50
Total cost for 8 days = $200 (1 week) + $50 (1 additional day) = $250
I am seeing from the questions that the answer is $330 , which is very confusing. From my standpoint, that means that Odoo is calculating for 9 days (each 3 days = $110, making a total of $330), not for the 8 days.
Is it something that will be change so mix lines will be allowed in the future?
Indeed, from a business standpoint, I'm having a hard time understanding why we wouldn't be able to offer special pricing to a customer. In this case this pricing would be:
1 week + 1 day=> 200$ + 50$ = 250$
I understand now based on the answers how this is calculated but this method is really not ideal
So basically in the case of question 3 in real life I have to tell the customer we have to make 2 rental orders
1 weekly 200$ and 1 daily 50$ and in total the customer will pay 250$
but if I let Odoo do the calculation the customer will pay 3x110$=330$.
Explain that logic to any person, as it stands this is not a good calculation method
Odoo has given two rules.
1. pick only one price
2. pick the most cheapest price
where these two conditions will be fulfilled that price will be final.
so we will apply the price in 3 situations and pick the cheapest option.
1. 1 day =50$, 8 days = 50$*8=400$
2. 3 days=110$, 9 days= 110*3= 330$ (here we can't break into 8 days so we have to pick multiple only)
3. 1 week= 200$ 2weeks= 200*2=400$ (again we can't separate days from weeks and have to pick multiple in which that time period falls.
so the cheapest option is 2.
Based on the rental pricing you provided:
1 day = $50
3 days = $110
1 week = $200
To calculate the rental cost for 8 days, let's break it down:
1 week (7 days) = $200
1 additional day = $50
Total cost for 8 days = $200 (1 week) + $50 (1 additional day) = $250
So, https://geometry-dashunblocked.com the rental cost for the product for 8 days would be $250.
330$ top cours I get many xp
We have to follow a single streamline to do this. Pick up which full fills for your condition.
