I have some doubts about Odoo enterprise edition, I have already known about Odoo.sh and Odoo online, can I host enterprise module on a local/deployed server. How would be the costing of this method? Is it possible or not?

Yes it is possible to host the odoo enterprise is in on premise server, the costing is based on the number of users and number of apps.
