Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None'.

Hi all!
Recently, I'm using the email functions of Odoo and send via sendgrid.net. Everything worked perfectly fine with Email Marketing module but when I send a test email to user for "reset password" or "auth signup", I get an error like this:

Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None'.
SMTPDataError: 550
The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/sending-email/sender-identity/ to see the Sender Identity requirements

Seems like it have reached the smtp server of sendgrid but still, the message said that " failed via SMTP server 'None'" and my sendgrid account is already a verified Sender Identity. I wonder is there anyway to fix this :( Many thanks :D
