I've been searching but can't find solution or Module;

I want to hide product selection under PO if the product hasn't been assigned under the specific product.

When you create a PO I would like “vendor 1” to only show products that are listed under product > inventory. If “Product A” is only assigned to “vendor 2” then if we create a PO for “Vendor 1” “Product A” would not be able to be seen or selected in the purchase order line.

You seem to be in need of applying domain for the vendor on the products that come up for selection in purchase order. Using Vendor pricelist could be helpful.
