When i add attendance on a holiday, my shift timing is 8 hours if im recording a attendance with 4 hour or less than 8 hours why does odoo make it as negative

  • If I'm working on a holiday means it is already extra hours right.
  • Why does odoo make it as negative

Someone explain this
