why would Odoo 14 enterprise server reboot every 5 - 10 minutes

My Odoo 14 production server keeps rebooting but doesn't provide any information in the logs as to why. Below is a sample of the log file showing log entries immediately before. But no error or other reason for the reboot is shown. Odoo support is completely useless, so I am hoping somebody can prove a hint as to how to debug this. I have shown that I can cause Odoo to restart simply by sending an API call to retrieve 500+ products with all fields. But again, no error is thrown.

All hints and help are very much appreciated.

You could consider changing the log level to debug level and then see if the odoo log provides more insights into the cause. To do so, edit the odoo.conf file (suggest you first back it up) and change the values

log_handler = :DEBUG
log_level = debug

The default would be

log_handler = :INFO
log_level = info

Also the OS logs may shed some light as to what may be happening around the time of the restarts. Could it be that some anti-virus/anti-malware program is trying to stop/kill the odoo process?
