I am currently planning to implement AI and Machine Learning features within an Odoo module and would like to know which version of Odoo is considered the most stable and reliable for development, especially when integrating AI and ML capabilities.

Would you recommend using the latest stable version of Odoo, or is there another version that is particularly suited for such implementations? Any insights or recommendations based on your experience would be greatly appreciated.
