All I need to do, is to be able to create a sales order or quote when I'm in a project page.
I've seen a video show cased a "Create Sales Order" button in the project page, however, it's not showing on mine odoo 14

While Creating the Project you need to check Billable in project settings page.
While creating task automatically created the sale order and go to project overview you can generate the invoice also
