What's the odoo apps off-shell policy?

Question

I've impressed by a backend theme, not free but paid, about two month ago. at, https://apps.odoo.com/apps/themes/13.0/allure_backend_theme/
but now hen I access this link (have some intention to buy it), it shows HTTP 404 error.
There is nothing about what happens about this app, just like it has never been exists...
So, just have the question, what it's the off-shell policy about odoo apps? and what if I just buy this theme app before it get off-shell?

Hi Afgo,
Odoo allows the author to unpublish apps, that makes app invisible on the Odoo store but allows all the user that have bought (or downloaded) your module in the past to be able to access it.
If the author wants the app to be completely removed the author needs to email apps[at]odoo.com and they have to approve it.
It depends on the author whether they want to continue to sell the app on the Odoo apps store.
