Today when I try to create or edit my pricelist, I don't see anything display after the E-commerce Promotional Code screen i.e. the rest of the screen is blank.
Please help.

I resolve my problem by selecting the "Advanced pricing based on formula" option under "Sale Price". These parameters are changed at the Setting for Sales modules.
